Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has released a brand new trailer before its release on a legal holiday. during this trailer, they provide a bit leak about the new Black Panther figure.

The trailer opens with Wakandans grieving after the death of T'Challa (Chadwick Boseman). Ramonda (Angela Bassett) and Shuri (Letitia Wright) are seen holding a funeral for the King.

Then, the audience is introduced to a personality named Namor (Tenoch Huerta). Namor is the leader of the Talokan tribe which is underwater inhabitants.

"Only the foremost broken people can become great leaders," said Namor. M'Baku (Winston Duke) explained further about Namor's figure. He said Namor wasn't called king or general by his followers. "They call him K'uk'ulkan, the serpent god with feathers," said M'Baku. "Killing him will cause eternal war," he continued.

Namor's presence threatens Wakanda. He and his followers burst from under the ocean to the land. Ramonda is seen requesting help after they lost T'Challa to guard Wakanda against harm.

"They have lost their armor. now could be the time for us to attack," said Ramonda. "Show them who we are," he cried.

At the tip of the trailer, the militant figure appears as a replacement for T'Challa. If you have a look at her posture, this new activist can already be confirmed as a little woman.

Three potential candidates to become Black Panther are Shuri, Okoye (Danai Gurira), and Nakia (Lupita Nyong'o). However, judging from the magnitude of the potential, it seems that the successor of Black Panther fell to Shuri.

In addition to the presence of the successor to the militant, this trailer also introduces a replacement character. She is Riri Williams aka Ironheart, played by Dominique Thorne.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever remains written and directed by Ryan Coogler. The sequel will star Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, and Angela Bassett.

In addition, this sequel film was also enlivened by Dominique Thorne, Tenoch Huerta, Martin Freeman, and Florence Kasumba.

When introduced by Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) producer Kevin Feige at metropolis Comic-Con last July, activist 2: Wakanda Forever isn't just a continuation of a superhero film, but also a tribute to Chadwick Boseman.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is scheduled to premiere on a national holiday, 2022.
